The U.S. Postal Service is reportedly investigating a report that delivery truck drivers in Houston have been making deliveries without the required identification tags.
According to the Houston Chronicle, the Postmaster General’s office has contacted FedEx about a number of incidents that have resulted in people receiving packages that were not marked as such, including the recent incident in Houston.
FedEx told the Chronicle that the Postmasters Office is investigating and that the issue is “being looked into.”
The company also told ABC News that the “distress is not limited to the delivery facility.”
A spokesperson for the Post Office told ABC that they are “aware of the issue and taking action.”
